🇺🇸 Presidential Prophecies
As I have been poring over dreams from the last decade that were recorded in my dream diary, I've noticed that the Holy Spirit occasionally speaks to me regarding political figures and events. Sometimes the message is about a political situation in the UK, but other times I dream of events abroad, such as in the USA. The United States is the great superpower of the world, with whom we in the UK share a "special relationship" and a strong alliance. It is perhaps of no surprise, therefore, that the Holy Spirit would speak to me about this great nation.
As we know, in this month of November, America went to the polls to vote for who they want to be their 47th President. I have been gripped by the exciting, intense and unexpected events of the election and all of the juicy drama leading up to it. It has truly been a spectacle, and I must say, God sure knows how to write a captivating story. No one other than the Great Author could create sensational characters like Donald Trump, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and all of the other supporting actors in this masterful real-life motion picture.
Since I am still coming down from the buzz and hype of election season, I thought I would share a small selection of prophetic dreams I've had about US Presidents, over the years.
When I was organizing my dreams recently, I noticed that a presidential prophecy had come to pass. I want to share it here because I think it's really interesting to look back on prophetic dreams in order to see how God frames a particular situation before it occurs. I understand that the prophecy doesn't hold much credibility when it is posted after its fulfillment, nevertheless I hope that people can believe I am being truthful. In fact, all of the dreams posted in this blog entry were received before I started the blog, and most (if not all) have come to pass already. I believe the Holy Spirit will give me new presidential prophecies, but before that, I think it is good to clear the backlog of dreams first.
The first dream I want to share came to pass this year. Arguably it came to pass earlier, but since I only realized it this year, that is the point at which I consider it to have officially come to pass. I actually received the dream way back in 2016, while Barack Obama was still the US President. However, between 2016 and 2024 I received so many dreams that I had forgotten about it until I revisited my dream journal this year.
The prophecy is regarding the President of the United States, but what's interesting is that, when I recorded the dream, I didn't write "Obama". Instead I wrote more generally, "the President." This was the clue that I missed when I first tried to interpret it. I was confused because the description of the character and behaviour of the president in the dream did not align with the person of Obama. It hadn't occurred to me at the time, that the reason for this was because it wasn't about him. It was actually prophetic, regarding a future president. The prophecy took a considerable amount of time to be fulfilled, coming to pass about 8 years later! Here's the dream:

The President [of the United States] was really old. He looked like the Queen's husband [Prince Philip]. He didn’t seem right though. Something was off, and he had cataracts or milky eyes. He was with his wife broadcasting a message. He would kiss his wife every now and then, but it all seemed fake. Then they were reading out questions that they had received. One question was from a Christian and they were mocking Christians as they read it out.
Earlier this year it dawned on me…this dream was about Joe Biden! The debate between Biden and Trump in 2024 exposed Joe Biden's frailty and declining mental faculties. The question of his fitness and competence had been a concern that was repeatedly raised over the years, since he was constantly falling, fumbling, and getting names of countries and leaders wrong, but it seemed as though certain people, especially the Democrats, were in denial until they watched him debate Trump. The debacle that followed ultimately led to Biden dropping out of the race.
The dream speaks of actions that are "fake". It is not very difficult (for the discerning) to see that there is such a disingenuousness and falseness about the Bidens and the entire administration. Sure they have the smiles and they say all the 'right' things (sometimes), however they are duplicitous to their core, and full of guile.
The prophetic dream also alludes to how the president (and his wife) treated Christians. The Biden administration was surely the most antichristian administration in the history of America. Their attitude and behaviour towards Christians was apalling…utterly reprehensible. Truly this dream came to pass in their blatant disdain for believers throughout his entire presidential term.
When they are reading out questions in the dream, it calls to mind when the press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre would respond to questions from the media. I remember after Christians had been murdered in a mass shooting that this woman literally sided with the person who killed them. It was absolutely disgraceful.
Despite the dream being negative, I was in awe when I re-discovered this prophecy. God truly knows everything that will take place in the future, down to the smallest detail. It never ceases to amaze me when I see a prophetic dream coming to pass. I often think of life as being like a movie. The script was written by God; he cast the actors in the beginning; and he has already filmed the movie and completed it. Now though, he is playing it all back and watching it, with his feet up. To certain lucky souls in his church, he sometimes gives a sneak-peak of the script, or a short clip of the movie… a small insight into what is to come, even if we do not always understand it in the context of the present. And although this particular dream presented an antichrist presidential administration, I find relief and joy in that fact that Biden (and Harris) were overwhelmingly beaten.
The next dream I want to share with you is about Donald Trump. I received it in December 2019, which was when he was still in office the first time. I have assumed that this dream came to pass during Trump's first term, and that I probably just missed which specific situation it applied to. If someone is reading and knows that is was indeed fulfilled, please comment and let me know what it applied to. However, in the chance that this prophecy was actually regarding events in his second term, I'm sharing it now, just in case. Here is the dream:

I saw Donald Trump, and he was somewhere with other leaders. Then he started a fight with the President [Prime Minister] of Canada. I was shocked because it seemed very unprofessional and not appropriate in the building where all the leaders met. Then he was also fighting with the President of somewhere else, maybe some middle-eastern country or Mexico (not sure which). He was punching him and then suddenly he pulled at the man's face and ripped off a mask. Everybody was shocked and disturbed because the President of this country wasn’t really who we thought he was. It was someone else wearing a mask.
OK, so the dream is symbolic, therefore it likely doesn't mean that Trump will literally get into a fist-fight with other leaders. Rather, Donald Trump's brash and seemingly 'unprofessional' manner is being presented, which offends me slightly in the dream. We all know that Trump does not behave in the way politicians typically do. He is combative and confrontational. However, after this display, there comes a shocking revelation to the world when he unmasks the true identity of a President. There is some kind of exposure because we learn that the leader is not who we thought he was. Very interesting! I don't recall this happening already, but it could have slipped my mind.
Also, I'm not sure why I couldn't say whether the man was the president of a Middle-Eastern country, or of Mexico, seeing as they are in two very different parts of the world. Perhaps it just means that the man in question would be brown-skinned? I'm not sure. Whatever the case, if the prophecy did not already come to pass in Trump's first term, I will be following events much more closely this time around to see if it is applies to his second term instead.
Next is another little dream which I believe may have come to pass in Trump's first term:

Donald Trump was getting homeless people to spray-paint bright artwork along a bridge on the road so that the elderly could see and be safer.
The dream seems to show Trump being efficient, i.e. using one group (the homeless) to paint graffiti art, which benefits the other group (the elderly). In other words, a 'two birds with one stone' sort of situation. I think it probably already came to pass, but I've noticed that Donald Trump does operate efficiently in this way. The dream also highlights his care for vulnerable people, contrary to how the mainstream media portrays him.
Finally, I want to present a dream which, at first, I thought pertained to Barack Obama. However, it turned out not to be the case. This might be useful for those who study dream interpretation.

President Obama and Michelle Obama had just finished their last term of presidency and they were going back to normal life. I felt a bit sorry for them because it would be such a big change for them. I was saying that it must be hard to have been in such a powerful position for so long and then to be ordinary again. I think I was encouraging them, saying that they did a good job.
In 2014 (the time of the dream) I didn't follow US politics too closely, and I didn't feel that Obama "did a good job" because my views on him were neutral at the time. That's not to say I thought he did a bad job either, it's just that I didn't have any strong feelings one way or the other. However, what I did feel about Obama back then, was that he appeared very professional and had a 'presidential' demeanor. I felt that his wife carried herself well too. I can't speak to their policies because I wasn't invested in US politics back then, but the significance is how my unconscious mind perceived the character of the Obamas.
So why am I including this dream? Well, in this instance, the dream had nothing to do with politics, or even presidents. The Obamas here were symbolic of a Christian couple in my life who had been called by God, and who worked in a ministry office for several years. Like the Obamas, this couple had a calm and composed manner, and they exuded a sense of authority. And so, while the dream was a prophecy referring to a future time, it was not about the president. Instead, it referred to this Christian couple in my life, who would later step down from their full-time ministry after having served faithfully for a number of years. When that time came to pass, I remember them being in my thoughts, and I was indeed thinking about what it would be like for them to go back to living a 'normal' life. For so long their life was completely dedicated to powerfully preaching the gospel full-time. They lived and breathed ministry, and served wholeheartedly. So the Holy Spirit was using the end of the Obamas time in office symbolically to prophesy the end of this Christian couple's time in their ministry office. My thoughts about that in the dream were a reflection of how the Holy Spirit felt about it: "A job well done."
So it's important to understand that, just because someone dreams about political figures, it does not necessarily mean the dream is a prophecy about global events. In fact, I would say, unless God has called someone to the prophetic ministry, it is very unlikely for presidential characters to represent themselves in a dream.
And there you have it. Now that the presidential prophecy backlog is cleared, I'm hoping that God will begin to give me some new prophetic dreams about the upcoming Trump administration. All eyes will be on America once again.
